GLORIFIED LODGE CALLING ITSELF A HOTEL

Upon reaching the hotel, Receptionist took ages to come to the desk. First he could / did not find the reservation, in spite of giving him the information, and had to phone the aggregator to speak to him, and lo & behold, he suddenly found the reservation. This is just a lodging. No room service; no restaurant on the premises. They have a tie-up with a restaurant just outside the building. So you can't even get a cup of tea/coffee in the room. And there's no provision for this in the room either.

One of the few hotels in India ,I found of ,good standard ,at the price range . Very good in all departments . Modern furnishings , good , spacious rooms , neat and clean . Staff good , location close to railway station , bus stand . Plenty of eating options nearby . All and all ,very good .

Rooms are clean . Good parking space and comfortable place is available for drivers to stay . Hot water available 24 hours. Room service is also prompt. But quality of food is very poor . Nice location close to city heart and temple

Had stayed there for 1 night. Reached around 11 pm. The receptionist was nice and provided the rooms in a swift manner. We had totally booked 4 ac rooms. All rooms had two sets of bathroom amenities kept. There was running hot water even at 4:00 am. The rooms are kept clean. The attitude of the employee are very good. One small drawback is language. Almost all employees speak tamil only. Lot of ample parking also.

I have traveled with family during 1st Week of April-2019. I have booked two AC rooms for 2 days through AGODA. I am surprised to see the rooms are extremely clean with nice bed. Bathroom with 24 hrs hot water is an added Bonus. All the rooms are fitted with Smart locks, which is great. Room Service is very good and quick. They attended to all our needs promptly. Location is a huge plus with ATM, road side hotels and Pharmacies around. Palani foot hills is approx. 1.5 kms for which, I have hired an auto for 100Rs. Will definitely stay again.
